That's exactly what ANAX Developments is building. In partnership with ELLE, the iconic fashion and lifestyle brand, we're proud to bring ELLE Residences Dubai Islands to life. This is ELLE's first-ever residential project in the Middle East, and only their second in the world.

It started with a handshake. On one side, Satish Sanpal, Chairman of ANAX Holding. On the other, François Coruzzi, CEO of ELLE International Licenses. The two came together with one mission: to create a space that combines global fashion with modern living.

This partnership is more than just exciting for us. It's personal. ELLE could have chosen anyone. But they chose ANAX. That trust means something. It proves that our work speaks louder than words.
